Anniversary Cake
Yellow buttercream cake for a 40th anniversary party. A fun cake for me to make because Shannon let me do whatever I wanted... that's the BEST! Love the way the top tier turned out. It was the first time that I've done a scroll in a pattern of dots.

Bridal Cake
Fondant icing with brown grosgrain ribbon at base of tiers. I love the way the blossoms look lik they're floating off of the cake. So cool!

Wedding Cake with Peacock Feathers
Simple 3 dot pattern on white fondant icing, navy blue polka dotted ribbon at base of the tiers.
This had to be THE MOST AMAZING WEDDING site that I have ever delivered to. Beautiful colors, shades of purples, blues, and greens. Peacock feathers, amazing floral centerpieces, beautiful white chairs each with a wrap and feather on the back.
Even the menus were individually printed (and jewelled!) and served as placecards at the tables, chandeliers with fresh orchids hanging from them, what else? There were so many amazing details. Oh, and a custom printed dance floor with their monogram on it.

Bridal Cake With 2 Birds
Design inspired by their wedding invitations (the branch and leaves). The birds were a recurring theme on their placecards and centerpieces.
I've been waiting to do a fantastic cake with birds (a seemingly hot new theme that I LOVE) and Andrea gave me a great opportunity. I also love that she chose the design that had the birds on the side of the cake instead of as a traditional topper.
I used a grouping of leaves as the topper.
